The Material Management Technician will be responsible for the accurate and efficient execution of duties including cart exchange, maintenance of sterile supplies, organization of storage areas, and management of inventory and patient charging systems. This role is a shared position across all Material Management cost centers, requiring a versatile and collaborative approach to support various departments within the organization. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley region. Our network includes multiple hospitals, outpatient medical buildings, a multispecialty medical group, and comprehensive home healthcare services. As a Material Management Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the standards of care that PIH Health is known for. The successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt, issuance, labeling, and shelving of medical and surgical supplies, utilizing computerized inventory systems to track and manage stock levels. You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure that all materials are available when needed and that inventory is maintained in a cost-effective manner. Required Experience

- Understanding of healthcare supply chain management is a plus
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is advantageous
