The Systems Training Analyst I - Ambulatory is an education resource well versed in a variety of tasks including user education needs assessment, education and systematic data collection and analysis, super user resource support and basic system configuration. This position develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates all training methodology (classroom, video, self-study, etc.) and ensure training materials are maintained and kept up to date.  This position will provide consulting services to PHP physician offices; act as the liaison among physicians, clinical staff, practice managers/directors, ancillary departments, Information Solutions, and other departments as assigned.

Required Experience


  • High School diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree; work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • 2+ years of application analyst experience; Allscripts TouchWorks/Outpatient EHR is a plus


  • Degree as a registered nurse or other area of clinical study preferred; work experience will be considered
  • Current license or certification in a clinical specialty is a plus
  • Experience working in a healthcare or outpatient
