The Order Set Coordinator/Clinical Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs related to the clinical systems.  He/she is responsible for designing, building, configuring, and testing the clinical systems.  The Order Set Coordinator/Clinical Analyst oversees development, revision and implementation of physician order sets.  He/she is responsible for developing and revising content in physician order sets in collaboration with physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other disciplines.  Also responsible for ensuring electronic build is accurate and meets the intent of the original content. The Order Set Coordinator/Clinical Analyst reports directly to the Clinical Informatics Director. 

This is an FLSA Exempt status position.

Required Experience


  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Must have a current license or certification in a clinical specialty.
  3. Experience in working in a clinical setting.


  1. Masters’ degree preferred from a recognized college or university as a registered nurse or other area of clinical study.
  2. Prior experience in developing physician order sets, clinical pathways or clinical guidelines / protocols preferred.
