Provides administrative coordination including calendar management, meeting scheduling, preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes, and follow-up documentation. Assists with tracking action items, coordinating departmental initiatives, supporting HR communications, onboarding activities, and special projects.
Contributes to the effective and efficient operation of the Human Resources department through strong organization, communication, time management, and collaboration, while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee, operational, and organizational information. Exercises sound judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Experience with calendar coordination, scheduling, and meeting logistics

- Strong business writing, proofreading, and document preparation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with highly sensitive information

Required Experience
Required:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, healthcare administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3–4 years of administrative experience, including support to executive or director-level leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting executive workflows
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources or healthcare environment
- Experience preparing executive-level communications, reports, and presentations
- Experience supporting multiple leaders, departments, or locations concurrently
- Experience assisting with tracking projects, deliverables, and supporting cross-functional initiatives
