Supervisor, Inventory Control - FT Days

The Supervisor, Inventory Control role involves managing and optimizing the levels of inventory within a business to ensure that supply meets demand efficiently. It includes tasks such as monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, placing orders, managing suppliers, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely deliveries and minimize excess or shortage of inventory. This supervisor is a member of the Supply Chain Team and will oversee inventory control staff and processes.

Overall, this role is crucial for maintaining a seamless flow of supplies and ensuring crucial items are always available when needed. By coordinating these activities effectively, can reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Required Experience

Required:

• High school graduate or GED
• Minimum 3 years of inventory control and/or distribution/replenishment experience in an acute care health facility

Preferred:

• Minimum 5 years of inventory control experience with a focus in procedural areas in an acute care health facility
• 1-3 years of supervisory and or coordinator level experience of a material flow team
