Supervisor Food Service Retail, Full Time Days

Oversees (on a day-to-day basis) and performs a variety of tasks associated with the preparation and serving of food to staff and guests and doctors in a variety of settings including the cafeteria, doctors’ dining room market 12.Functions as a cashier and completes the daily banking functions; manages cashiers’ change banks and “buys/sells” change from the safe to the change banks.Works under the direct guidance of the Operations Manager and functions as a liaison/communicator between the retail service staff and the manager.Monitors and assists with HACCP, equipment, work schedules, training and cleaning tasks as assigned. May be asked to do other tasks associated with food service as the need arises such as covering open positions and covering for Operations Manager when absent.
