Clinical Director, Medical-Surgical Departments, Full Time, Days

We’re seeking a collaborative, forward-thinking nursing leader who is passionate about developing teams, driving quality outcomes, and leading transformational initiatives that support organizational growth.

Scope of Leadership:

• 150+ FTE across 3 units with strong frontline engagement
• 12 highly engaged supervisors + 2 promoted-from-within managers
• Dedicated unit-based educator supporting all teams
• Units recognized for excellence — including the highest Daisy Award nominations in the hospital last quarter

Units:

• 5 North | Med-Surg/Telemetry (Oncology & Respiratory)
  38 licensed beds | Newly telemetry-capable

• 6 North | Acute Rehabilitation (Top 7 in CA – Newsweek)
  23 licensed beds | Collaborative medical director & rehab team

• 7 North | Med-Surg Orthopedics
  38 licensed beds | Telemetry expansion planned this year

Required Experience

Required:

• Current California RN License
• BSN from an accredited organization
• BLS from American Heart Association
• ACLS from American Heart Association
• LA City Fire Card within 6 months of Employment 
• Three years progressive nursing management experience

Preferred: 

• Certification from a nationally recognized organization
• MSN from an accredited organization
