This position ensures a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and stakeholders by promoting awareness, training, and risk mitigation practices in alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with workplace violence prevention in healthcare, education, or government settings.
- Familiarity with OSHA workplace violence standards and trauma-informed practices.
- Specialized training in conflict resolution, safety management, or emergency response
Required Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Resources, Public Safety, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in workplace safety, security, threat assessment, HR, or a related field.
- Must obtain LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment
Preferred:
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Threat Manager - CTM, SHRM-CP/SCP, Certified Protection Professional - CPP).
