In addition, the role is responsible for managing all aspects of the Hospice Volunteer Services and Bereavement Program.
Professional relationships will be developed across the organization to establish result-producing relationships with the referral community including physicians, discharge planners, and community partners. The goal will be to establish affiliations with community organizations with the intent focused upon hospice growth and recruiting more volunteers to serve within hospice.
This is an exempt managerial position.

Required Experience
Required:
- Baccalaureate degree in health care, social work, human services, psychology, or nursing, or related field.
- Volunteer Management experience within healthcare
- Current California driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Preferred:
- Master Degree in health care, social work, human services, psychology, or nursing, or related field
