As a Full-Time Nocturnist, you will provide high-quality inpatient care during overnight shifts, coordinating with hospital departments and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive the appropriate level of care. You will work closely with primary care providers, specialists, and patients’ families to manage admissions, conduct overnight rounds, and oversee patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of healthcare professionals.

Required Skills
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care during nocturnal shifts, ensuring continuity and high-quality care for hospitalized patients.
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, nurses, and support staff to manage admissions, round on patients, and address critical care needs.
- Coordinate with primary care physicians, specialists, and hospital departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide excellent communication with patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure clear, compassionate care.
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
- Current California Medical license
- Graduate from an accredited Medical School
- Graduate form an accredited Internal Medicine Residency program or Family Medicine Residency Program.
- Three (3) years direct patient care hospitalist experience preferred.
- Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirement
- Board Certification: Board certified or board eligible
