We are seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will support experienced addiction medicine and pain management physicians by providing direct patient care in the outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP with a passion for working in addiction medicine or pain management who is eager to grow with a new clinic, contribute to a collaborative team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Part-time (24 hours/week) – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
- Setting: Outpatient clinic only (no call required)
- Focus: Addiction medicine and pain management – direct patient care and ongoing support for increasing patient volume
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient clinical care to patients with substance use disorders and chronic pain
- Support physicians in delivering comprehensive addiction and pain management treatment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuity of care
Required Experience
- 1–3 years as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in addiction medicine or pain management, OR
- 1–3 years of RN experience in the field prior to advanced practice training
- Skills: Strong knowledge of addiction medications and pain management approaches
- Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish (not required)
- Licensure/Certification: Active California NP or PA license; DEA license required
