Partners with multiple stakeholders, sponsors, and other business partners to identify project requirements and specifications. Enhances the standard of IT services and products. Manipulate data in Excel, including creating Pivot Tables and extracting data, to analyze large data sets.Summarize findings and trends in data and provide comprehensive reports to leadership.

Required Skills
Obtain system requirements using interviews, document analysis, and requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze and transform needs, goals and transforming into functional requirements and delivering the appropriate artifacts as needed.
Work with operational leaders within the business to provide recommendations on opportunities for process improvements, medical cost savings or revenue enhancements.
Create Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrix, User Training materials and other related documentation.
Actively participates in all stages of project development including research, design, configuration, testing and implementation to ensure the product meets the intended functional and operational requirements.
Provides security driven approach to safeguard all components of assigned responsibilities.
Required Experience
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
3 years of experience and under in a business analyst role.
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Technical or Financial Discipline
