Cafeteria Cashier, PT Variable Shift

Performs all activities required by the cafeteria including operating the POS system, collecting money, making appropriate change, processing credit card sales, set up salad bar, fill and clean frozen yogurt machine, stock food stations, monitor food and refrigeration temperatures, serve food on hot line and clean and sanitize equipment. Provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control protocols.
• Ability to use knives, large food production equipment and tools
• Ability to use cash register and make change

Required Experience

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak basic English and do simple math.
• Six months experience in food services preferred, but not required.
