Required Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Public Health, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 3–8+ years of experience in healthcare change management, performance improvement, or consulting.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree (MHA, MPH, MBA)
- Clinical background (RN, LVN, or allied health) strongly preferred
- Experience with EHR systems, such as Epic Systems
- Certification in change management (Prosci, ACMP)
