Decision Analyst I (On-site)

The Decision Analyst I will maintain and support the Decision Support Systems to include: ensuring the integrity of the data infrastructure; analysis of both internal and external data in support of day to day operations; development of various operational ad-hoc and recurring reports by synthesizing data from multiple sources into clear, meaningful decision making tools, and creation of reports for use by management. As a key member of the Decision Support team, the Decision Analyst I collaboratively works across the organization supporting daily operational reporting and analysis of key performance metrics in support of the Organization’s initiatives and goals.

Required Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Information Systems.
• Relevant work experience may substitute education requirement.
• Minimum three years’ experience performing database management and data analysis in Accounting, Finance or Decision Support departments.

Preferred:

• Prefer experience in a managed care healthcare environment including but not limited to eligibility, finance, claims, utilization management and capitation.
