This role involves providing exceptional customer service to employees, ensuring accurate record-keeping, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and assisting with enrollment and communication efforts.

Required Skills
- Familiarity with retirement plans common in healthcare settings (e.g., 403(b), defined benefit pensions).
- Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, IRS, DOL regulations, and ACA considerations.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of current State and Federal Employment laws.
Required Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior Human Resources experience
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and retirement benefits administration, ideally within a healthcare or hospital system.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
