Required Skills
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding and medical terminology, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under deadlines.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Required Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience, complete knowledge of all facets of insurance billing and Business Office functions.
- Minimum of 3 years billing experience, preferably with experience in electronic documentation, claims and remittance.
