Required Skills
- Technical background in laboratory science
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of laboratory information systems and computers, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Working knowledge of Laboratory Charge Master
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (CLIA, DHS, CAP, Joint Commission)
- Writing and technical writing skills
- Problem solving ability
- Precise with details and organizational skills
Required Experience
Required:
- 5 years previous laboratory information system (LIS) maintenance experience
- 5 years of good general knowledge of all laboratory sections
Preferred:
- California Clinical Laboratory license
