Required Skills
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategic plans to support business objectives.
Identify opportunities for technological advancements and process improvements.
Oversee the maintenance, security, and reliability of IT systems, networks, and cloud-based services.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
Manage software applications, databases, and enterprise systems to optimize performance.
Lead a team of technical support specialists in the field to provide support to the enterprise infrastructure.
Adhere to, review, and have strong understanding of cybersecurity policies to facilitate monitoring and protect company data and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection laws, and IT security standards.
Provide necessary information to support regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing.
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure enhancements.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and solutions.
Supervise and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Establish and maintain IT support processes, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Foster collaboration between IT and other departments to address business needs.
Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation.
Evaluate and recommend cost-effective technology solutions.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, security threats, and industry best practices.
Required Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 or more years of experience in IT management, infrastructure administration, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, database management, storage, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity practices.
Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and IT project execution.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNA, AWS, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
