Maintains efficient departmental functions by working closely with both internal staff/management and external customers on issues of significant importance to the organization. The specialist utilizes on-boarding processes to assist with seamless integration of new provider groups that support the strategic goals of the organization. In addition, responsibilities include practice acquisitions, integration, practice development and orientation support for PIH Health Physicians.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Mail Merge
- Minimum typing speed of 55 wpm.

Required Experience
Required:
- Minimum three (3) years medical office experience and demonstrated knowledge of overall functions and operations in a medical office setting;
- Demonstrated working knowledge of practice management systems and electronic health records systems experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or other related field
- Experience providing administrative support
- Project management experience
- Experience in computer business applications
