This full-time, regular/at-will position is an integral part of our healthcare network that serves the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley region. As an RN Medical Practice Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supervising department operations and staff to ensure office efficiency and optimal workflow. You will perform various procedures associated with routine patient encounters and work closely with department leadership to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with patients, practitioners, management, and staff. This position offers a competitive salary range of $84,302.40 to $139,110.40 annually, reflecting the junior management level of the role. Required Experience
- Current California RN Licensure
- Current CPR card
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Ability to maintain composure & balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience (i.e., charge nurse, team lead)
- At least two years in a supervisory role in an ambulatory clinical setting preferred
- BSN or currently working toward BSN preferred
