This role ensures clinical excellence, operational efficiency, optimal patient outcomes, and cost containment best practices by serving as the primary liaison between surgeons, surgical teams, robotics vendors, surgical support staff, and hospital administration.

Required Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to scrub and circulate
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of robotic surgical systems (e.g., Da Vinci, XI. SP) for all specialties
- Robotic surgery case coordination
- Oversee scheduling, setup, and execution of robotic-assisted surgeries
- Ensure robotic systems are properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for use
- Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to optimize robotic workflows
Required Experience
Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active state licensure.
- Active BLS from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 5 years of perioperative nursing experience in robotic surgery in different specialties such as urology, gynecology, bariatric, and general procedures.
- Experience in data analysis, clinical education, and process improvement.
Preferred:
- CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
