Apply Now Hospital Name PIH Health Whittier Hospital Location Whittier, California Job Type Full-Time/Regular Job ID 26592The Specialty Retail Lead is responsible for assisting all store locations with daily operations such as training new volunteers, achieving sales goals, special order coordination, inventory reconciliation, merchandising, all reconciliation, and customer service. The team lead must have flexible work availability to accommodate all store locations, operations and special events, including weekends and holidays.

Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Works well with others and ability to train staff on process and procedure
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, courtesy and tactful when dealing with the public and internal customers at all store locations
- Strong merchandising, inventory and reconciliation skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve issues for staff, volunteers and customers as appropriate over the phone and in-person
- Work independently and fast paced
- Problem solver and deal with multiple competing demands
Required Experience
Required:
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory reconciliation
- Familiar with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Flexible schedule, willing to travel to different store locations or multiple locations in one day, including weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Training in retail customer service.
