The IDS Call Center Supervisor reports directly to IDS Call Center Management.  He/She creates a smooth functioning environment through staff leadership, by setting and achieving objectives through interpersonal, interpretive, and technical abilities.  He/she is the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. He/she collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyzes tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. He/she assists with the operational development, database management, and training.

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, organization development, or another related field is preferred. 
  • Comparable experience will be considered. 
  • Previous hospital/healthcare experience is required.
