Responds to system degradation or outages, tracks, and monitors the status of infrastructure, creates and maintains system documentation, implements and tests disaster recovery plans. Automates processes and serves as escalation for support issues related to company's cloud solutions.

Required Skills
Collaborate with legal, IT security, and other relevant parties to understand and develop data retention and information protection policies to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Implement and manage Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, including data retention policies, labeling, and data loss prevention (DLP) for all M365 collaboration services including SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.
Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Purview to ensure data governance and compliance.
Create and manage sensitivity labels and retention labels to protect and govern data.
Monitor and audit compliance activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related topics and best practices.
Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate compliance solutions with existing systems and workflows.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 compliance features and industry best practices.
Required Experience
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
3 years and under experience in a cloud computing role.
3 years and under experience in a software development project; including integration.
Preferred:
3 or more years of experience in a software development project; including integration
3 or more years of experience in a cloud computing role.
