This is an enterprise position covering the Quality Programs at PIH Health Hospitals. Position requires knowledge in management principles, team building, adult education and learning principles, nursing standards, evidenced-based research practices, performance improvement, and clinical outcomes related to care of the quality program-specific patients.Must facilitate the quality product lines to include: compliance to core measures, ongoing education and training, analysis of data related to the diagnosis of quality program, preparation of summary reports of improvement activities to the functional teams, and medical committees as assigned.Responsible for the coordination of disease-specific certification accreditation activities, ensuring compliance with indicators, and education of clinical and medical staff related to clinical outcomes.Supervision and mentoring of other members of the quality programs team.

Required Experience
- Current California Registered Nurse license
- MSN degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in acute care, 2 of those years should be in nursing leadership
- Minimum 2 years in working as an active leader in the development and maintenance of disease specific certification
- Demonstrated competency in certification surveys
- Evidence of continuing education and self-development
- Computer literacy
- NIHSS Certification
