The Pre-Operative Readiness Center System Manager is responsible for designing and establishing the infrastructure and operational framework of the system pre-operative readiness clinic to optimize patient outcomes and enhance surgical safety. Collaborates with outpatient surgery clinics, multidisciplinary teams, and organizational leadership to build relationships, develop standardized workflows, and implement evidence-based protocols aligned with clinical practice guidelines and community standards. Provides leadership and oversight of clinic staff, ensuring effective performance management, professional development, and adherence to established workflows and quality standards. Drives the strategic development of the clinic by investigating best practices, recommending resource allocation, and creating a robust system for pre-surgical care coordination. Oversees data collection and outcome tracking to refine processes, promote accountability, and ensure continuous improvement, serving as a key leader in fostering a high-quality, efficient pre-surgical program.
