- With consideration to age, utilizes the approved process to resolve biophysical, psychological, educational and environmental needs of patient/significant other when administering care.
- Computer skills.
Required Experience
Required:
- Graduate from accredited school of nursing
- BSN degree
- Current California RN license
- Evidence of continuing education and self-development in both specialty and Medical Surgical Nursing.
- Minimum of two (2) years current clinical experience in acute care setting.
- Demonstrated teaching ability in formal and clinical setting.
Preferred:
- MSN degree preferred.
- Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse Certification preferred. Wound, Ostomy Nurse Certification required within one year of hire.
